Safety
Safety remains our number one priority! The most important thing is for everyone to return home to their families or partners in good health after a job well done. We work in an environment with considerable risks, where certain tasks may carry inherent hazards. The first step is always to assess risks and, where possible, eliminate dangerous elements. Most risks can be removed from work processes, and if that’s not possible, everyone involved in such tasks must be well-informed about how to act in case of a potential mishap.
Sustainability
Working sustainably might seem obvious to us all, but sustainability is a complex issue with many aspects. Recycling our scrap is natural for us all, but asking how a colleague feels is a much more nuanced part of fostering a sustainable and healthy work environment for both our employees and clients. At Partmont, we welcome employees from different backgrounds and are very accepting of diversity. We all have unique needs and expectations, both in work and in life. We do not tolerate oppression or ridicule of those with differing opinions or appearances. We are all different, and we must respect that. We face significant environmental and climate challenges. Partmont understands that even as a smaller player, we must take responsibility for a sustainable future, including reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and, where possible, using energy sources that have less impact on our shared local and global environment.
